Nhung Phan would never imagine herself becoming an artist one day as she wasn’t born with obvious talent in creative arts such as: music, dancing or painting. But she always knows what made her happy. It was doing makeup. She went on and became a make-up instructor for 7 years.
During this time, she immersed herself wholly in a new art expression which was Cosmetic Tattoo aka Permanent Makeup. Now after 10+ years in the industry, she is recognized as an international
instructor and speaker at many international events (America, England, Brazil, Indonesia, Philippines, Turkey, etc.). She is currently pioneering Permanent Makeup in Vietnam and a leading
artist when it comes to new techniques and products. She is specialized in eyebrows, lips and eyeliner and known for her trademarked styles with subtle looks.
She has mastered her own techniques of creating hyper realistic eyebrows that retains 90% of color, especially no scabbing. And that is her trademarked ‘Sandy Brows®’ technique, emphasizing
on the softness and crispiness of the pixelated powdery looks. Another technique to top with ‘Sandy Brows®’ is ‘Satori TechniqueTM’ which she invented her own hair patterns and strokes to create
hyperrealism eyebrows with machine. This is by far the best technique to create soft hair strokes and retains amazing results.
She strongly believes that nothing is impossible as long as we work hard for it, with our whole heart and passion. The motto that keeps her driven and focused reads, “The only way to get on top
is never be satisfied with your own results”. There is no greater satisfaction than knowing she has brought more value to the industry and helped others. Many of her students are now highly recommended instructors/artists in their countries.
